Benefits of consistency with your workouts

1. Increase in energy. I have found that when I workout on a consistent basis I feel more energized and vibrant. I naturally get more done because I rarely feel sluggish and tired. I have the energy to work both of my jobs without feeling fatigued. Exercise causes your body to release endorphins which help boost your mood. endorphins are peptides which activate the body's opiate receptors, causing an analgesic effect. Test this out by working out for at least 20-30 minutes and pay attention to how you feel after the workout.

2. Improved confidence. Consistent workout have helped me feel better about myself and my accomplishments. Knowing that I can set a goal and stick to it has made me feel better about who I am becoming. Consistently working on improving areas of your life makes you fall in love with yourself and there is no greater love than self love.

3. Fitness goals attained. Working out everyday is a big part in attaining my fitness goals. I have a goal to lose 20-30 pounds and to have overall feeling of well-being. I want to have energy and drive to crush all of my life goals and being in my best shape will help me do that. After my daily workouts I work on my life goals in the areas of wealth building and home life balance. My mind is more clear and sharp right after a workout so I use that time to brainstorm ideas and map out goals and actions needed to execute them.

4. Improved overall health. Consistent working out will aid in getting your body to work at it’s optimal level of functioning. Recently I was told that I am prediabetic and I was advised by my doctor that I needed to lose 10-20 percent of my body weight and the results will reverse. Diabetes is a life altering disease process that I am not willing to accept. So I will get this weight down with diet and increased exercise routines. Exercise is a major part of becoming healthy and maintaining optimal health which ultimately leads to overall improved health and wellbeing. Being healthy and fit improves functions of your mind and body which creates a feeling of happiness and gratitude and more appreciative of your life and everything in it.
